We offer surprise delivery for all our gifts to door and on your preferred date, Monday-Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10:00a-8:00p. Depending on your selected delivery address, various options are listed below to ensure your gift arrives safely.
KL & Selangor | Peninsular Malaysia
Within KL and Selangor
All orders received with full payment before 10.00am can be delivered on the same working day. Orders received after cutoff at 10.00am will be delivered on next working day basis from Monday to Saturday if you so choose, excluding Public Holidays. For bouquets orders, we are only able to provide next day delivery at the moment.
Please contact us should you require same day delivery after the cutoff time, we will accommodate to our best effort wherever possible.
We provide free shipping within Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor. For full coverage area, you may refer to the table below.
All deliveries are done by hand to you or your recipient, and we can deliver to both home or office address except an un-manned PO Box. It is our priority to ensure on time delivery for our customers, however there could be occasional delay due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or road congestion. In such rare occasions, our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
It is your full responsibility to ensure that your recipient is available to receive the gift when they are delivered. In the event that a delivery has to be rescheduled or re-routed, a re-delivery fee will apply.

All of Peninsular Malaysia
Apart from Dóro Life and Bouquet items, we are able to deliver to all states in Peninsular Malaysia through our selected courier partners at a flat rate of RM15 per gift box. Please note that locations under EMCO or any imposed travel restrictions cannot be serviced by courier.
If you select a preferred delivery date, your item will be posted 1-2 business day prior the selected date. Depending on your location, your item may arrive few days before or after your selected date which is unavoidable.
All parcels are tracked once dispatched with the details sent to your email, you may also contact us should you require your tracking details no earlier than 1 day before preferred delivery date. You are responsible to follow up with courier company with regards to your item once tracking details are provided, and we will not be liable in the event of any delays caused by courier companies.
All gifts will be packaged with additional impact resistant wrap and stuffing to our best effort prior to dispatch. Due to the handling and transit via courier, we seek your full understanding should there be minor dent or damages on the gift box, also a minimal amount of soil may come loose and should be regarded as normal.
Due to the extensive coverage area, there may be remote locations without proper road access which will be impossible for courier delivery, if your intended shipping address is not a major city, please contact us with your post code to confirm prior to placing your order.
It is your full responsibility to ensure that your recipient is available to receive the gift when they are delivered. In the event that the item is returned to courier warehouse, you/recipient will need to contact courier's local branch office to arrange self collection immediately. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we shall not be liable in the event the parcel is left uncollected for more than 24 hours once returned to courier warehouse.
